Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the b4results service operated by b4results, Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at hello@b4results.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not bypass access controls, reverse-engineer the service, transmit malware, or use the service to violate the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
2. Payment and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance and auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time by emailing hello@b4results.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display your content solely as necessary to operate the service.
4. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
5. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. We may update these Terms; if the change is material we will give at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
