We build systems that solve the right problem.
We fix real workflow problems — not with bloated projects, but with the thinnest version that earns its keep.
What we believe
Most software problems aren't software problems. They're 'who-knows-what-when' problems wearing a software costume.
We start by mapping the actual process — including the parts people are embarrassed about — and only then talk tooling. The thinnest version that earns its keep goes live first; everything else is roadmap, not v1.
We measure hours saved per month, not lines of code written.
How we work
Fixed-scope quotes within 48 hours of a discovery call. Weekly demos. WhatsApp during office hours. No surprise invoices.
We document everything we build so your future hire — or your next vendor — can extend it without our help.
Where we are
Based in Selangor, Malaysia. Working with SMBs across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Johor — remote-first, with site visits when the work needs it.
Working software in weeks, not quarters. Fixed-scope quotes within 48 hours. Weekly demos. No surprise invoices.
Why we started
AI was everywhere in conversation,
but missing from real work.
This year, we kept hearing the same sentence from founders and managers: everyone talks about AI, but no one can show how to apply it to actual daily work.
Most AI solutions in the market were either too expensive, too technical, or too disconnected from how normal teams really operate. Teams paid for platforms and pilots, but still went back to manual routines.
We started b4result to bridge that gap. We turn AI from a trend into practical systems inside real workflows, so value shows up in day-to-day operations and not just in demos.
Our model is simple: we do not charge only for what we build. We charge for what we achieve. If the result is not meaningful in real work, it is not good enough.
